Great Hotel!
I have stayed here multiple times and every time I do, it is a great experience. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I will continue to stay at this hotel each time I come to Fresno.

It’s okay
The breakfast was awful. Not worth the extra cost I paid. Scrambled eggs were super dry all days I was there. Oatmeal was watery-oatmeal floating in clear water. Hand sanitizers not filled. Sheets didn’t fit the bed & it seemed like the bed had been slept in. To offset this desk staff were amazing. Always friendly & helpful. The hotel desk staff were top of the line as were the cleaning people. I can’t say as much for the breakfast person. Tables not cleaned, unhelpful, didn’t keep hot items refilled even when advised. Just leaned against the wall & appeared grumpy

The property was conveniently located near the freeway and right around the corner from my business meeting. The staff was awesome! They were able to give me an early check in! Even though I requested it that morning. The room was large and nicely decorated and smelled fresh. Breakfast was great with many quality items to choose from. I will definitely stay there again!

We couldn’t actually stay. They couldn’t find our reservation… the lobby was a bit sketchy and ultimately we were glad we could be moved to a different hotel

While we do appreciate your feedback, I just wanted to confirm that it was this property that you were supposed to stay at? We have a wide open lobby with a large sitting area next to our breakfast room. We sometimes have people sitting out here all night long. However, I am sorry to hear that it made you uncomfortable. We hope you will give us another chance to make it right in the future!
