Located in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Head to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo with the kids or take them to Aerozone Trampoline Park. \*Highspeed internet \[200mbps\]. \*Lots of shops along E Olive Ave 5min drive. \*Fresno's well known Sequoia Brewing Company, Peach Pit, and Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater. \*Hop on 41 for a 1-hr drive to Shaver Lake or 1.5 hr Yosemite or Sequoia or King Canyon National Park. Fully remodeled 1 bedroom \~450 sq ft comfortably sleeps 2\. and is packed with wonderful amenities listed below: \*Drip and K-cup Coffee \*Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances \*42" Roku TV \*Keyless Entry This property also has an additional 3 bed 1 bath home in the front that you can also book! Go to my profile to find it where it is called: Bright & Remodeled I North of Tower District. The property is close to train tracks which can cause noise during the night. This is typical for ALL Tower District Properties. We have equipped each room with white noise makers. Disposable ear plugs can be supplied upon request. The windows are also new double pane. Currently no laundry available but will include ironing board and iron. Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes. Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay! There is free street parking. Do not park in the driveway, that is reserved for the front house guests. If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will bring it to you within your stay. Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway. SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
