The property is welcoming and well suited to families, with the added convenience of off-road parking available for two cars.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by three beautifully appointed ground-floor bedrooms, offering flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. One of the bedrooms features a zip-and-link bed, providing versatility to suit your needs. The spacious king-size bedroom opens directly onto the garden through patio doors, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or step out onto the decked seating area to take in the views. This room also benefits from a private en-suite shower room.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an additional double sofa bed and TV, ideal for children to relax and unwind. This room also enjoys garden access via patio doors. A well-appointed family bathroom completes this level, featuring both a bath and a separate shower—perfect for rinsing off sandy toes or indulging in a relaxing soak. A convenient utility room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a handy drinks fridge, making longer stays especially comfortable.

The first floor is home to the final bedroom, a spacious king-size retreat with a full-width balcony accessed via bi-fold doors that connect seamlessly to the living area.
