"Our family room was spacious, airy, bright and clean. For more than 1 child a bigger room may of been needed. As a spa hotel the facilities were good, however I would not recommend for families with younger children, this hotel is clearly aimed at an adult experience. During our stay a civil ceremony took place, daytime was civilised and did not intrude too much on our stay, however at night loud music and raucious guests kept us awake until nearly midnight, I would advise checking if anything is going on at the hotel during your stay before booking. Overall good value spa and pool facilities, not a family friendly hotel, would recommend for a short stay adult only."

"Rooms were clean, staff friendly and ample parking space. Breakfast was nice, very busy and had to go in the lounge. This was more quiet than the restaurant so happy with that. Spa was a bit disappointing to others we had visited a bit smaller than usual experience. No jacuzzi which was disappointing and the sauna & steam room was very cosy."

"Did not appreciate being woken at 8am by the cleaner when i was working nights and only saying for 1 night why would u need to come in at 8am when i was checking out 11!!"

"Clean, comfy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay not far from London and surrounding attractions. Check in was easy and it's nice and quiet. Was grateful for the kettle and supplies in the room. Only thing is the TV should have a pull out bracket as the angle was a bit strange for the bed."
