"Helfpul staff and flexible approach included very well managed early check-in. Secure car parking in underground park with lift from lowest basement floor to lobby and room levels. £18 per 24 hrs period, but free for hotel guests after 10pm. Limited vegan options."
Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa

"This could have been an excellent review but for breakfast. Room was great, clean and a good size. Shower and bathroom clean and spacious. WiFi worked great. Outdoor areas looked good and the pool area looked fantastic. Unfortunately I was not able to swim because breakfast was so chaotic with not enough staff and buffet food replenished too slowly. It took almost 30 minutes before I was able to get a breakfast plate with everything I wanted. No glasses, no bowls (I ate cereal from a cup) and no bread. At times when there was bacon there were no eggs. Then no mushrooms....it went on and on. I finished up grabbing one thing and waiting for the next by which time the first things were cold. I mentioned the difficulties at breakfast to reception upon checking out and was told "so I've heard". I mentioned I would have liked a swim but it's check out time now and that was met with silence. Pity"

"Excellent hotel in the centre of Woking. Lovely room with large bathroom. Parking was good (and reasonably priced) once we knew to go to the red car park. Hotel reception was easy to access via floor 8 of the car park. Breakfast was excellent- plenty to choose from. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again."

"The property is spacious with a good range of places to eat or have a drink. The rings are good – and sensibly equipped. Reception needs properly staffing. It was ridiculous that poor young woman was left on her own to check in a huge wedding party of very demanding guests."

"Checked in, no towels and no toilet paper. Had to ask the cleaner, they then re directed me to the reception for them to then give it. Apart from that good stay."

"Automated self check-in was great with a little help from the girls at reception. Stayed in a Club Room which comes with free parking, gym access and was very clean and tidy but no bigger than a normal room in any other hotel. Very busy hotel as it has a fitness gym on site for locals to use. Food and beer a little pricey but was a modern and comfortable place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again"
