The staff is friendly, the bar at the beach was outstanding, and the morning breakfasts were a great way to start our days."

"The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was cold and the wifi worked well (on the lower floors only)."

"The rooms are large and spacious and located perfectly within a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs where you will spend your days. Each area has its own pool to lounge at, particularly at the end of the day. The on site restaurant is excellent with a perfect menu of options. "

"Bar does not open through the day .On arrival couldn’t get coffee beer nothing . When the bar opens the staff are so rude I have never experienced such attitude . Pool area is like a building site .such a shame the views are beautiful but that’s the only thing going for it .Breakfast awful "

"Travelled to GCBC with my mom as my companion for a short vacation, we cannot say enough good things. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious, it felt very new, we had a garden view. The kitchen was well appointed we had everything that could be needed to stay in and prepare meals, full size fridge/freezer and even an oven! Beaches are perfect for swimmers of all ages, the water was calm even during what turned out to be very windy week on the island. There are lots of families and children but we never felt like it was too noisy or rambunctious, the resort does a great job of having little quiet corners hidden here and there to settle into if you’d prefer some solitude. There is snorkel gear, floats, paddle boards available free of charge and excursions like diving and sunset cruises can be arranged right on site. There is a large ice machine and filtered water available throughout the resort, the restaurant had very good food, we ate there twice, but the absolute best thing is the location. We walked into the village of Grand Case every night. It’s very safe, the streets there and back are filled with other families walking in for the excellent restaurants and shopping. We had a car and had no trouble parking, which is included, and there are laundry facilities on site which are also included, convenient if you are staying for a longer period of time. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times and we truly cannot wait to return. "

"Loved the scenic location of the hotel and the hotel grounds which are very well maintained. The hotel reception staff were amazing and they were very helpful. Loved the spacious and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed dinning at hotel restaurants. Parking was free and convenient. "
