What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again until our stay was over. I love the resort, the two historic hotels, and the trolley connecting them. Everyone was so friendly! I'll be back, definitely. I loved this place!

Nice condo in a great location. We went up for the 2024 eclipse. Comfortable beds and mostly clean. The decor is very dated, but has a lot of character. Be aware of the cleaning requirements and they will not allow a late checkout. You are required to strip the beds and put the linens and towels in the entryway, remove all garbage, and run the dishwasher. Nothing crazy there, but it was a little bit of a surprise on the bed linens. 10am checkout. The main bathroom is downstairs and both bedrooms are upstairs.

Had everything we needed, clean and comfy. 2 outlets didn’t work in kitchen, but we just used different ones, was not a problem, the employees offered to come fix it but we just said fix it after check out bc we had a busy schedule.
