A hour and ten minutes later I was finally able to get into my room. 40 minutes after check in. I occasionally asked the desk clerk for updates, trying not to be annoying but wanting to be sure that I wasn’t forgotten about. The clerks attitude was less than stellar. He acted like I was bothering him. This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this hotel (I’ve stayed here several times) and hope it was just a one off.
