"Yllätyksenä tuli että sängyssä ei ollut patjoja ollenkaan. Vessassa muurahaiset hyökkäsi meidän pyyhkeisiin. Suihkun paine oli olematon. Suihkun jälkeen se vesi lensi vessan lattialle ja ei ollut mitään mihin se menee niin jäi lattialle. Siivoajat siivosivat todella hyvin ja heidän jälkeen olimme tyytyväisiä. Ilmastointi oli hyvä. "Overall, wonderful experience. Beautiful suite # 820 well furnished, and has a large extremely comfortable bed. Suite has a pool view and panaronic views of the city. Lots of things within walking distance including a choice of restaurants. Great breakfast. AC kept going off and no one told us it does that when the balcony door is opened! Other than that, everything was great and I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Everything else about the resort was very good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, the overall experience was good, and I was happy with the stay. The only issue I had was with the room I booked. I specifically booked a Sea View Balcony and paid extra for it because I wanted to enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a large tree directly in front of the room that blocked most of the sea view. I mentioned this to the reception on the first day, and I was told that the room would be changed the next day. However, this did not happen. I asked again the following day and was given another excuse, but the room was never changed. I understood the situation from the beginning and did not want to make a big issue out of it, but I think if a guest pays extra for a Sea View Balcony, the view should actually be clear and not blocked by a tree. Apart from this issue, everything else was good, and for the price, I would say the resort offers very good value."

"Lovely hotel, we stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children and one being a baby. Supplied a cot in room, two large beds, slept 4. Room wasn’t as clean as I’d liked it was quite dusty and there was bits of food down the sofa bed. Hairs and dust on the skirtings etc. breakfast was ok, limited but ok. Pool was clean. Would stay again."

"This was truly a 5/5 star resort. When I arrived late on the first day, the front desk staff was kind and encouraged me to visit the restaurant buffet because I was hungry and allowed me time to do that and even held my bags. That was a friendly welcome. I traveled solo and felt very, very safe. I also felt like the staff recognized me after a few days and noted I was alone and they were so sweet. I used the coupon for spa services and did the leg wax and it was fantastic and professional also. I loved the entire experience."

"The Grecian Bay hotel was so beautiful that we extended our stay for another night! Our sea view room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The private beach was stunning, and we especially liked being able to call staff over with a button to order drinks and food to our beds! The breakfast had a wide range of options and was delicious. The hotel also hosted a Cypriot night during our stay, with a buffet of traditional food and live music with folk dancing. Our stay here overall was incredible, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we go to Ayia Napa!"
