Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room.

The staff were good but limited need extra staff waiting time takes longer or if you have any questions have to stand in the queue telephone help line no one picks

Van der Valk Hotel Berlin Brandenburg
In need of renovation, soundproofing terrible, fridge provided is nice, but overall room with outdated doors and features. No coffee machine provided and staff imply to you not to be thief robe, how rude as if I ever. Morning Cleaning staff as loud as a disco party.
