Hieno penthouse lähes kaupungin keskustassa

Siisti ja avara huoneisto, oikea penthouse. Hieno paikka, parkkipaikka vieressä kadulla. Helppo tulla ja lähteä.

Über den Dächern Freiburgs

Für einen Kurztrip ganz in Ordnung. Die Wohnung bietet einen gewissen Charme durch den kleinen Balkon mit Blick über Freiburg. Allerding ist der Aufstieg in die 5. Etage bei über 30 Grad eine echte Herausforderung, sollte man bedenken. Austattung war für uns OK, da wir nur gefrühstückt haben. Ansonsten mängelbehaftet, z.B. Backofenklappe fehlt. Ins Bett gelangt man über eine kleine Nottreppe, wackelige Angelegenheit. Nichts für Fußlahme. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und informativ. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns OK, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Allerdings weit entfernt von einem Luxus-Appartement.

Na ja. Der Name verspricht zu viel! In die Ecken darf man nicht sehen. Ob das nun Luxus ist bezweifle ich. Max 2 Personen haben Platz oder mehrere zum Sitzen.

Sanierung anstatt Luxus

Kurz und knapp es wird zu wenig fürs Geld geboten. Alles sehr alt. Bad alt und es kommt sehr wenig Wasser. Küche lädt nicht zum kochen ein, der Herd war defekt. Es roch überall etwas muffig. Warum man 40 euro bezahlt zur Reinigung? Wir wissen es nicht. Es war überall Staub und an der Decke Spinnenweben. Für einen Männerausflug nur zum übernachten okay aber nicht für das Geld. Da sollte dringend was saniert werden.
