A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, multi-function microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle;   
  
A first bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190 cm);   
  
A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm);   
  
A bathroom with a bathtub, shower screen, and double vanity;   
  
A separate WC;   
  
A 6.6 m² southwest-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
