Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the commune of Fréhel, this magnificent flat less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 85 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, study with sofa, bathroom (with shower).  
  
Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. At certain times, this may cause slight noise or visual disturbance. However, work is suspended at weekends and during the Christmas holidays.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 21 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room  
\- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- A study with sofa bed  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A balcony to enjoy the warm weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 parking spaces with 1 type 2 charging point).
