The things that knocked off a star from the rating are as follows: they don’t have bellhop service. When you arrive at the hotel, they lend you a luggage cart and then you’re on your own. Same thing for checking out. For an upscale five star hotel, that just seems very strange to me.
In our room, the shower door leaked so we had a wet floor and had to ask for extra bath mats.
The television (Dish) didn’t work. I never called to get it fixed because we don’t watch a lot of TV, but we were planning to watch a little Wimbledon and World Cup.
Overall, we really enjoyed it, the restaurant food was amazing. The service there was great. There is the thing about that weird $35 fee, but we’ve spent more than that anyway.
The lack of bell hop service to the room is the most glaring deficiency."
