"The frills of the neighborhood carried into the apartment. Floors and bathrooms seemed clean. Dishes and Keurig filthy - broken window a/c on floor. Broken chairs. No tlc for the property. Neighborhood beyond the stated description- would not recommend . Best to say is that rental car made it out with all windows and tires. Very disappointed "

"Twin Ponds is a lovely location on a beautiful pond setting. Lovely landscaping and plantings with a walking path around the pond. We totally enjoyed our stay here. The suite is like a small cottage, wonderfully appointed and immaculate. Everything you could possibly need including freshly ground delicious coffee. A well- equipped and charming suite. "Stayed with family during my father’s surgery at Maine Medical Center. The apartment location was very convenient, allowing us to walk back and forth for hospital visits without needing to drive. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and excellent communication with owner. "

"Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

"Great place to relax and watch the seagulls and heron. Quiet even though there is a building in back of the boathouse that is a rental. General store and small restaurant just down the road. The king size bed was very comfortable. The boathouse has everything you need. "

"A little off the road, but quiet, peaceful and comfortable. owners are wonderfully nice. pleasure to talk to. even got a tour and visit of the horses! highly recommend for a couple or family of 4! "
