"I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. "I couldn't take my shower during my stay because there was no cold water at the shower and the hot water was extremely hot. In addition to that the people were making noise even in the mid night not allowing me to have a good sleep"

"We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all.
