Ideal location right on campus. Rooms are very clean. The staff is great except that sometimes there’s no one at the front desk and it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes for a person to arrive.

I honestly did not have high hopes but this independently owned hotel blew it out of the park. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the room. The breakfast was very good. It was listed as continental, but there were hot items as well. Is located about 5 miles from UMaine and will be our go to hotel for the next three years.

A great and reasonably priced room close to Camden. Zach was great and welcoming at check in. Hotel room had a nice sitting area, was recently reburbished and offered a decent included breakfast.
