### Cozy cottage in a scenic natural setting

Unplug and enjoy a family holiday in this cosy summer house accommodating up to six people. With 72 m², three separate bedrooms, and an alcove in the living room, there's ample space for both togetherness and privacy.  
  
The interior is simple and functional. Two rooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds – perfect for children or friends. The house features both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, ensuring warmth regardless of the season.  
  
From the living room, there's direct access to the terrace and garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The house is situated at the end of a closed road – quiet and safe for children.  
  
The forest begins just a few hundred meters from the door. Here starts Tisvilde Hegn – one of Zealand's largest forest areas, ideal for long walks and bike rides in nature. Experience wildlife, mushrooms, blueberries, and ancient stone dikes in a varied landscape with both forest and open spaces.  
  
The area is perfect for holidays year-round. You're located between Tisvildeleje and Liseleje, both offering wide sandy beaches, cosy cafés, local shops, and summer life. By bike, you can easily reach both towns and their atmospheric surroundings.  
  
Here, you get the combination of nature and proximity – an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday in North Zealand. Note: Not for commercial rental.
