This super stylish and pet-friendly 1-bedroom flat is in the heart of downtown Frederick, MD. It is steps from all the newest and best breweries in town. Want amazing coffee? Frederick Coffee Co. is right around the corner. Stroll down Carroll Creek and grab a bite to eat at the many restaurants right along the water. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, as well as heat and AC to keep you comfortable. Walk to downtown Frederick and all of the shopping and activities! (Quick note: Dogs may not be left unattended or bark excessively)

THE LOCATION  
The home is within walking distance of downtown Frederick and a 3 minute drive to the nearest highway (Highway 70). The neighborhood is vibrant and close to nightlife.  
  
HEATING AND COOLING  
A ductless mini split heating and cooling system keeps the temperature perfect year-round. The temperature can be adjusted using the remotes that are mounted to the wall, but all units must be on the same setting, that is all must be on heat or all must be on cooling.  
  
INTERNET  
Fast internet can accommodate multiple streaming devices, browsing the Internet, virtual meetings, and gaming.  
  
THINGS TO DO  
Visit Downtown Frederick’s antique shops, breweries, and restaurants which are all within walking distance. Or, you can go to nearby hiking trails or to a winery. A curated guidebook will offer you multiple options for things to do during your stay.

#### Quaint Hideaway

This quaint one bedroom was perfect for our stay in Frederick. It was in quiet section but a quick walk to the historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully organized. Can’t wait to come back!

#### Centrally located with easy access to the cultural and historical area.

Everything was convenient and clean. The shower was a challeng since the area was quite compact but everything else worked out very well for us. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe.
