The Space The home’s open concept flows from room to room with plenty of natural light, highlighting the original hardwood floors and trim work. Spacious Living Room: The perfect gathering spot with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), a small library with board games and a large smart TV equipped with surround sound. Full Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, adjacent to a dining room that seats 8. Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Main Level Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and an adjoined half-bath for convenience. Two Upper-Level Bedrooms: Share a full bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms include smart TVs, ceiling fans, and white noise machines for a perfect night's sleep. Need more space – check out Patty’s Place directly next door to accommodate 3 additional guests.
