Franklin Park

We were highly disappointed with our stay. We have been here before a few years ago and you can tell they have not maintained the property. Our room door would not close properly, we were told “oh yeah we knew, I thought we fixed it”…shower beers fridge broken…just put them in the mini fridge…charging station wasn’t plugged in jerryrigged with black electrical tape…WiFi didn’t work, a shoulder shrug was given for that as well. A/C unit did not cool, had a nonstop clicking noise. We enjoy breweries and this was our 25th wedding anniversary, very disappointed. On checkout employee said they would contact us about giving us a discount on our next stay (we frequent the area) it’s been 24hours and no contact. Really is a disappointment, the first time we came here the vibe was impeccable, now it’s unfriendly and lack luster. Felt like it was on the verge of closing up shop. At least the other guests and their dogs were friendly.

My verification was still pending even past the check-in date. The property took my money and refused to give me access to the property, and then is refusing to give me a refund. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK.
