"We visited for Mother's Day weekend and everyone had a great time! It is an old historic boarding house that was converted into a historic inn. The inn has so much character and history, and came with a delicious homemade breakfast. It's in reasoning distraught to downtown and many attractions. We will definitely stay again! "

"This property is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious but cozy, and we liked that it had a bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom overlooks the river you go to sleep and wake up hearing the soothing sound of the river flow. We enjoyed the deck, the hot tub and we roasted hotdogs and marshmallows over a fire. The location is also perfect for hiking as there are many trails near by. My friends and I have stayed at several cabins through the years and we all agreed, this was the best place we’ve stayed. I definitely hope to get back to this property soon!"

"I was looking for a cabin that had big, open views where, after sightseeing, shopping, etc., I could spend the rest of the afternoon and evening on the porch. This was the perfect spot! The cabin is at the top of a hill overlooking the valley (don't forget the binoculars). Even so, there are homes all along the road up to the cabin, so while it was very private, it didn't feel isolated. I was in Franklin a couple of hours early and texted the owners, who responded immediately and let me check in. The cabin is stocked with everything you could reasonably need and was very comfortable and homey. The listing and pictures are accurate, and I would definitely book this listing again."

"This house is amazing!! Jerry the owner was very helpful and available. I loved the views from the front and rear porches. It is a wilderness wonderland. If you are looking to get away from civilization this is it. The wind blowing thru the trees and all the bird calls, just amazing. The fire pit was great and Jerry provided firewood."
