"Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient being 5 minutes by car from the airport. My only reservation is that the rooms are small and the double beds are smaller than most hotels’ double beds."

"Reception staff were excellent - welcoming and very helpful. Room cleaning was less good - same rubbish under the bed through our whole stay, teabags not replaced, water not replaced every day. Restaurant was similar - some good dishes - steak, pasta, others less good - schnitzel. For some reason we as a couple were sat in what appeared to be the family dining area one evening when there were plenty of tables in the main dining area. In balance, would consider staying again for location, parking etc. but could be better."

"I only stayed here because it was the only available hotel in Salzburg for my stay (to see the Super Cup), so I had low expectations. It turned out that the hotel was about a 20 minute taxi/Uber from the airport, and from the city centre, but the real bonus was, it's a 25 minute walk from the stadium which made my life much easier. The room had a lovely patio, there was beer for purchase in the lobby 24/7 and there was a supermarket/grocery store next door to the hotel, so I found the hotel to be relatively convenient for what I needed, to watch a football match."

"We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return."
