We did have the feeling that maybe this was the first time this unit was rented by the owners; just a few details that were either not clear or shared in advance. However, we were their very first renters and the management company was not great. The AC didn't work for the first 3 days, during the summer, so it was no great. It took forever for the management company to address the issue. The owners were nice and equally frustrated but still the AC didn't work for the first 3 days. If everything had worked as expected then it would have been great. If you don't have to rely on the management company for anything you should have a good stay. ##### Thomas S.
