Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The house is in need of a refresh. The couch arms are broken, the living room TV glitches on several channels, the 2nd bedroom bed spread was grimy, the master bathroom was a bit dirty.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The overall stay was great. Close to everything, beaches, stores, etc. Loved the pool. We did not contact the office when we first arrived to my complaints-- coffee pot (kurig)needed to be cleaned, electric can opener did not work. Home was clean enough but really was in need of a good spring cleaning, (dust & dirt on wood work, dust hanging on the walls & lamp shades) the master bedroom ceiling light & fan did not work. I left the office know at check out so maybe it would improve for the next renters.
