"Pretty much everything about this property was perfect. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Salzburg for the Christmas markets, and to also see markets in some of the lake towns. We really loved it. It is a little far from Salzburg, though. It is a beautiful area of Austria and the cabin was the perfect size and comfort for our stay."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick auf den Inn. Man kann auch im Garten ruhig sitzen. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich, aber sehr besorgt um ihre Wohnung. Sie geht z.B. wenn man nicht da ist ins Zimmer, um geschlossene Fenster, oder anderes zu kontrollieren. Das fanden wir sehr befremdlich.Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit Küchenzeile, und Dusche ausgestattet. Das 2. "Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles völlig unkompliziert, die Vermieterin sehr nett und die Produkte vom Hof ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kachelofen heizt hervorragend-auch wenn wir darauf gerne verzichtet hätten. Der Hof liegt ruhig und die Wanderungen mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar.. Immer gerne wieder."

"So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet). Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I was very upset when I received the message on 27th May (the day before I was due to stay at the hotel). It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available. In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete. The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings. Do not stay here - very poor service."
