Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. I was not given a lake view. Instead I had a view of a large construction site and the Gare de Neuchatel. The room was clean, but for the price, I should have had a lake view. I am rather discontent overall of my stay here.
