A haven of peace on the edge of the forest, located 2 km from the village where you'll find all shops, a library, a health center, and a pharmacy. Close to the greenway, 2 km from the fitness trail and a children's playground (park, structures, picnic tables), a city stadium, and horseback riding (equestrian center). Weekly market in the village every Friday morning (local products). 15 km from Gérardmer (the pearl of the Vosges, lake), 25 minutes from the ski resorts and bike park of La Bresse (the largest resort in the Vosges with 30 trails - Bol d'Air, treetop adventure park, Fantasticable) and Lac Blanc (also numerous cross-country ski trails and marked snowshoe trails, trail running), and mountain farm inns (local and marcaire meals). 5 minutes from the Confiserie des Hautes Vosges (production tours). Just 30 minutes from the Alsace Wine Route and Alsatian villages renowned for their magnificent Christmas markets (including Kaysersberg), you'll stay in a green setting just steps from lovely walks, hiking trails, and mountain biking trails in the heart of nature. 45 minutes from Colmar (train station), one hour from Nancy (TGV) and Mulhouse (airport), and 1.5 hours from Strasbourg, the Hautes Vosges will enchant you with their superb landscapes (Balloons of the Vosges Regional Nature Park/nature reserve), and extraordinary viewpoints (Honheck) for lovers of nature, tranquility, and wide open spaces, whether snow-covered or not! Passionate and always amazed by the richness of our region, we will be delighted to advise you and share our experiences to ensure you have an unforgettable stay in our beautiful Vosges! We would like to point out to those interested in our rental that it is not intended for parties such as "bachelorette parties" (unless the property and the environment are respected). This spacious (117m²) and welcoming house, located in the countryside, has been completely renovated in a quiet area (dead end, little traffic), offering all mod cons and excellent equipment. \*On the ground floor: \- 1 large relaxation room opening onto the meadows (a large grassy area that you can safely use for children). This room is equipped with: a bar area, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a large table ideal for convivial meals (maxi plancha, raclette grills, etc.). \- 5-person spa area - foosball table, darts, board games, exercise bike. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (electric bed bases) + 1 single bed + 1 baby bed. 1 laundry room: washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes racks, clothes racks, and storage. \*Upstairs (ground-level access): 1 glazed veranda entrance for ski storage with clothes racks 1 entrance hall with closet and cloakroom 1 large living room with a new kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, thermos, toaster, electric kettle, maxi plancha, raclette grill, etc. Open to the living room with 2 sofas, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed (new bedding) 1 master bedroom with double bed (new bedding) and bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet) \- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, heated towel rail, hair dryer. Exterior: In summer: outdoor tables, umbrellas, deckchairs, outdoor benches, swing, large wooden barbecue, etc. Outdoor games (pétanque court, slide, swing, trampoline, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, etc.). Four bicycles, including two electric ones, are available for rental on site. Free children's sleds are available during the winter. Carport. The house is accessible on both floors.
