What a great stay in a gorgeous town. We arrived on a stormy day, and Debs and Max couldn't have been better hosts. We received very good dinner and drinks recommendations for our brief stay, and parking at the public lot up the hill was easy. A local actually helped us with a parking slip, so our night in the lot was free.
My wife and I walked the short distance to St. Catherine's fort and actually weathered a brilliant downpour in the surviving 400+ year-old doorway of the castle as the waves crashed against the rocks below. We wouldn't have wanted it any other way. High adventure for us!
The breakfast was fantastic, and Max was professional and pleasant. We would stay here again. My only caution would be the clear glass sliding door on the bathroom in our first floor room. If I had my choice, I would prefer an opaque or solid door for more privacy.
