All very proper and in good condition. From this location you can easily make the most beautiful walks next to the coast line. The guidelines from James are really helpful. The surroundings are quiet and access is easy, the harbour and all amenities can be reached on foot within a short walk. Upon arrival, we found everything as described, the cottage was neat and clean. Communication with the owner was thoroughly superb and very friendly. We had a small problem with a malfunctioning toaster, but the owner instantly arranged to have a new one delivered, even though he was on holiday himself. From the point of booking, James was super helpful with really good communication about things to do and places to eat (places get booked up in advance).The property is a lovely 2 bed cottage, there were just 2 of us and we had plenty of space and a nice outside area.The location is about a 5min walk from.the main town. Its so lovely and quiet, its got double glazing too which is a nice bonus. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and we found it ro be like a home from home. It was very hard to leave :-(Free parking was available all week in a carpark 5 mins walk away. James had suggested lots of things to do in advance and sent us more updated ideas during our stay, he was so knowledgeable about the local area and just such a great host. We found Fowey to be a good central base for visiting lots of places, it wasnt stupidly busy like some other areas and was nice to come back to a quiet base in the evenings.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a resful break in Cornwall.
