On the raised ground floor, entrance hall, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, WC and shower room. Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas hob, coffee maker... Comfort elements: flat screen TV... Leisure facilities: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Bedding: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140, 1 x 90 + baby bed, 1 bedroom 1 x 140, 1 x 90 in mezzanine bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house. Surface area: 95 m². Located 50 m from the South beach and 300 m from the city center. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Idéal pour visiter les environs (îles oleron, île aix, fort boyard, La Rochelle, etc…). Très propre et bien équipée.
