Enjoy our house with its big yard, pool and spa in the well known family oriented Fountain Valley, few steps from Mile Square Park where you can do walking, jogging, biking or its many other activities. Also 10 minutes away from the beach and 20 minutes away from Disneyland. Close access to Fwy. Please Note; 1- A refundable security deposit of $1500 will be collected prior to check-in as a money request through VRBO against utilities, damages or extra services. 2-Guests booking 28 days or more will be charged for utilities based on their own use as per the actual electric and gas bill.
