The staff was very nice and friendly about the situation, but it was unacceptable that they did not offer us a reduced rate for our 82 degree room we had to sleep in! I think they should do a better job checking to make sure their AC works before booking rooms. The cleaning staff told us this is a recurring complaint at this hotel. Loved the view, but it's not worth sweating all night and having a hard time sleeping! "
