"The house and facilities are fantastic, in fact it felt so homely and welcoming we did not want to come home. "My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Cygnet Cottage, using it as a base to explore the Northumberland Coast and local area.This particular accommodation is ideal for a couple. The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. "Chose this pub as an overnight stay enroute to Scotland. We booked a table online for dinner as well. The room was excellent. Evening meal was superb as was the breakfast the following morning. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Parking available close to the room. Would definitely stay again and would recommend."
