You just need to cross the road to enjoy the fine sandy beach and its calm waters, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or a sailing session. From the residence, you are just a stone's throw away from coastal paths, local markets, and numerous nautical clubs. You can embark on an excursion to the Glénan archipelago, renowned for its crystal-clear waters reminiscent of a lagoon. In the evening, treat yourself to local specialities: crêpes, seafood, artisanal cider... Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, push the entrance door and discover the living area with access to the balcony.
