Nice House With Sea View - Beach At Walking Distance

Nice house entirely renovated with two terraces in the front with ocean view and fenced garden south oriented. We are located within a walking distance to the beach and nautical center, bikes available, two rooms (one with 2 single beds that makes a 180cm bed or 2x90cm, the other room with 1 double bed 140cm with a 90cm bed on top. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, TV, BBQ, very nice garden tables... There are lots of nice walks (or running paths). We are near a municipal pool and there are lots of activities.

Lovely weather, beautiful surroundings and a comfortable house... What more could you ask for. For the second time we were guests in the house of Josée and Claude. The quality, cosiness and completeness of the interior are excellent. Front and backyard are private, the back terrace has been nicely upgraded. Contacts with the owner were correct, positive and cordial. We hope to be able to stay here often. René

The property was exactly as described and more. Close to the beach and the Centre Nautique, but peaceful and tranquil, it was clean and very well kept. It was also well equipped with cable, broadband, dvd player and coffee maker. We also made use of the bicycles for some local touring. We also got on very well with the property owner who responded promptly to all our queries. All-in-all, we had a very enjoyable vacation, a great part of which was due to the location and quality of the accommodation and we would definitely recommend it.

Actually the best thing that can happen is arriving and everything being exactly like on the photos and descriptions! From the check-in until the check-out everything worked very smoothly and the host did prepare everything very well and was available for questions and clarifications at all times. The apartment matches the description and pictures: very well equipped, nice terrace in the front and a beautiful little garden in the back. The area of Cap Coz & Fouesnant is very nice! Being runners there are several very cool tracks from 5 km to 15km you can run directly from the house. Also the beach is just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause in diesem gemütlichen und perfekt eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die ausgezeichnete, sehr ruhige Lage tat ein Übriges. Parkplatz für den PKW in Sichtweite, Garage für die Räder direkt am Haus. Strand und Restaurants fußläufig oder in Fahrradreichweite. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Vielen Dank an Josée auch für den echten bretonischen Begrüßungstrunk! Sehr schöner Garten, allerdings ohne Sonnenschutz bis auf die Markise auf der Terrasse. Nächster ausgezeichneter Bäcker am Place d’Église in Fouesnant nur mit Auto oder E-Bike zu erreichen („moderate Steigung 😊 ???“). Ein wunderbarer Urlaub bei bestem Wetter.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Es war wunderbar in dem Haus und im Garten. Man hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in Garten und vor dem Haus. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist phantastisch, so dass wir viel gekocht haben mit den leckeren Zutaten aus der Umgebung. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass auch ein schnelles Bad zwischendurch einfach ist. Merci Josée und Claude

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Ideal gelegenes Haus für schöne Abendspaziergänge am Meer. Mehrere Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus, teilweise mit Blick auf den Meeresarm hinter Cap Coz. Schöner Garten zum sonnenbaden mit großem Tisch zum Essen und mit Holzkohlegrill, den wir häufig benutzt haben. Nette Bars und Restaurants in Gehweite und die Crêperie Ilê St. Nicolas am Kreisverkehr in Fouesnant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Spaziergänge bzw. Wanderungen z.B. nach Beg Meil mit Bademöglichkeit in kleinen Buchten. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage am Cap Coz dank des tollen Hauses mit der sehr gepflegten wie persönlichen Ausstattung! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt im Haus und die Terrassen und den Garten sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, denn mit wenigen Schritten ist man am herrlichen Strand von Cap Coz.

Escapade bretonne

Excellent séjour dans cette maison agréable, calme, confortable, accueillante, parfaitement équipée (tout ce qui peut être utile est là !). Connexion wifi rapide et sans problème. Le jardin est joli ... seul le temps frais nous a empêché d'en profiter plus ... L'environnement est exceptionnel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les balades sur les petits sentiers proches et le long du bord de mer, ainsi que la proximité de sites remarquables. La région est magnifiquement fleurie à cette période de l'année, et entretenue avec soin et goût. Les hôtes, bien que n'étant pas présents sur place, ont été disponibles et efficaces pour de petites aides dont nous avons eu besoin. Nous les en remercions. En deux mots, super-vacances, et nous envisageons d'y revenir bientôt !

Perfekte Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung, wo wir uns bei jedem Wetter sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Man merkt, dass sie von den Besitzern selbst genutzt wird: Extrem geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet; Vollständig ausgestattete Küche (wir haben tlw. aufwändig selbst gekocht); W-LAN und DAB-Radio mit perfekter Verbindung; (Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt); schöne Veranda mit kleinem Blumengarten und Rasen - das Beste ist aber die örtliche Position: Zu Fuss kann man entweder ausgedehnte Küstenspaziergänge am Strand (und weiter über den schönen Küstenweg nach Beg Meil) oder in der kleinen Bucht unternehmen - das Wasser ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Frische Austern gibt es gegenüber - einmal um die Bucht herum. Für frische Croissants muss man allerdings nach Fouesnant fahren - oder man backt sie einfach selbst auf...

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir sind schon bei der Ankunft freudig überrascht gewesen von dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles wie im Fewo Portal angekündigt, sogar noch besser. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und praktisch für den täglichen Gebrauch. Alle Geräte funktionierten perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmakvoll eingerichtet. Den Urlaub konnten wir von Beginn an genießen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt zum Schwimmen, für Spaziergänge, ruhig zur Erholung und die Nähe zu Restaurants und in den Ort ist angenehm. Frau Cabellan war eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame, angenehme Vermieterin.

La maison est parfaitement située, proche d’une plage très agréable et à 3 minutes en voiture de Fouesnant qui dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires. L’arrivée et le départ sont très simples grâce à la boite à clé. La maison en elle-même est très bien équipée et très agréable. Les extérieurs (terrasses, jardin) sont calmes, ensoleillés et équipés de mobilier fonctionnel. Une location que je recommande vivement !

Petite maison confortable, bien équipée, à la propreté irréprochable! Maison parfaite pour vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Cap Coz. La maison est idéale pour les familles. Elle permet se sentir chez soi, avec tout le confort possible et dans un endroit merveilleux. Mes garçons ont beaucoup profité des activités proposées par le centre nautique situé à proximité. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la plage, faire des promenades ou d'aller visiter les villes voisines comme Concarneau. Enfin, nous pouvons que recommander vivement cette location.

Toller Urlaub am Meer

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Cap Coz verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt, sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Das Ferienhaus ist zur Gartenseite mit einer Markise ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll - das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, zum Sandstrand von Cap Coz sind es nur 300 m. Die Kommunikation mit der Josée war sehr einfach (E-Mail, Telefon und Whatsapp). Ich spreche nicht so gut französisch, Josée dafür umso besser Englisch :-). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
