Not happy with check in process. Won’t let you check in before even if your room is ready. They only let you check in if you pay $30 extra dollars. It’s outrageous. I have NEVER seen this before. Rip off. Would not go back because of that alone.

Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful, general areas were clean for the most part, room was nice. Pool hours were frustrating — 9am-9pm. I have a 7 year old who couldn’t wait to use the pool when we got back around 9pm from the hockey game. He was majorly disappointed. Why 9pm? There is no lifeguard ever ...
