"Pros: Great location Cons: Alex Scott & Staff property managers. Overcharged for the stay considerably. Poor systems in place leading to refunds being sent to an incorrect credit card (a different one to the one they charged to). Poor communication and follow up when issue raised. No one on the team could answer my question about the cost of the property per night. The property is very dirty. Unsafe deck, ok if you you don't lean up against the railing. "

"The house is in a lovely location with a sheltered verandah. We were there for a girls get together and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. All the rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. Jamie and Judy the property managers were very helpful when the wild storm on 2 September swept through and we lost power.
