We expect that you will fall in love with the house and the area. The house has two master suites and a smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. You will find that the large kitchen is a great place to cook and generally hang out. Bring your boat, we have arrangements with the owner for docking visiting boats. Hang out on the front porch and view the East River. The back porch has a new grill. House rule: No pets or smoking allowed.
