This beautify refurbished 1905 home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms with adjoining elegant baths, offering ample space and comfort for families or groups of friends. First floor bedroom. Harry Potter bedroom under the stairs is a delight for kids.The newly expanded kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring modern amenities and plenty of room to create delicious meals together, The house has 9 ft ceiling on both floors and glows with light from many windows. Most guests loved sitting on the large front porch looking at boats navigating the East River. Others were often found in the kitchen as their hub of activities. You will find that the furnishings and art work is interesting and ads a since of refinement. Two bikes are available for your use. ------------ Grace Sea can be your Mobjack Village retreat nestled on the serene East River. Mobjack once was a hub of energy and commerce, Mobjack Warf has gracefully transformed into a haven of tranquility, inviting guests to unwind and reconnect with nature. --------------- Compass Marina is within walking distance. Bring your boat. Zimmerman's marine is within a couple miles, The town of Mathews is about 15 minutes away, Gloucester is about 20 minutes away. Williamsburg is about an hour away. We often run their using the colonial parkway along the York River.
