"Excellent breakfast with a great pastry and cake selection. Fruit and eggs also available amongst other things. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Only downside was the room was facing the street and we were woken up quite often during the night with traffic or people yelling, but luckily slept again shortly after."

"Reasonbly spacious room. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Good a/c but not needed. Renovations to front entry would now be completed, but didnt disturb us. Lovely area but very close to main street, shopping, restaurants. "

"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is a classic French Hotel of the finest quality and standards. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and be of assistance. The decor is beyond interesting and beautiful and the location could not be better. I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend to the most demanding. "
