    "I was disappointed by everything at this property after reading extensive positive reviews of the hotel. It truly felt like a bait and switch and I felt ripped off for what I found upon arrival. Given it was already paid for at a very high price, I made do, but to start off with, it was dirty and run down. Perhaps I did not read more carefully, but the presence of a restaurant was appealing to me, but it is not open all day and the only breakfast served was extremely minimal with stale pastries..."
