"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. "The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."
