Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that our room was an outside unit, as I was under the impression that I had booked a room inside the main hotel. We decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, the room itself felt quite dated. The A/C also made a loud banging noise throughout the night, and we had to get up multiple times to adjust it. Early in the morning, we were repeatedly woken by doors banging shut in the area below our room, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, while we made the best of our stay, I would probably not book this property again if the only option was an outside unit.

The room, furnishings, and bed were all good. The breakfast was excellent!! The staff was courteous. There were a few maintenance issues - the knob to open/close the sink drain did not work, the toilet would not fill after flushing without jiggling the knob, there was a bit of mold on the tub grout, and the small refrigerator made a humming noise we had to mask by using the air conditioner fan.
