The parking lot was full by the time we checked in (10pm), and there was no way to pull up to the door to unload, but we were able to walk our luggage from the back of the parking lot without much problem."

"Everything was fine except when it came to the breakfast. The food was just okay but the lady they had cooking was on her phone using the speaker having a discussion about some personal issues. I sat down as far away as possible and still had to listen to the whole conversation that sounded like it should be discussed in private. It continued during the entire time I was there. I was very annoyed that I couldn't have some breakfast in peace without the abuse of listening to some family drama broadcasted across the entire breakfast area and lobby."
