The Space:

This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals, along with a separate dining area. The living room offers floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that showcase beautiful beach views, a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests, and access to a private balcony. A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, along with an attached full-size bathroom for added convenience.



Guest Access:

*NOTE: Summerlin is having a makeover. This is will take place October 19, 2026-Mid January 2027. Walkways and balconies will be refurbished. There will be scaffolding and noise during this process throughout the property.
