Welcome to Island Princess #516, a beautifully remodeled fifth-floor condo offering stunning, unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and ocean balcony. Overlooking the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of America, this luxury retreat is your perfect beachfront escape.

Step through a private, gated portico into a fully updated interior featuring a modern kitchen with granite countertops and a large dining area. The open-concept living space includes tile flooring throughout, large sofa, two leather swivel recliners, and a flat-screen TV—all perfectly positioned for enjoying the spectacular ocean views.

This spacious, three-bedroom, three-bath condo comfortably sleeps six:

Master Suite: King-size bed, large closet, loveseat for reading or enjoying the ocean, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private on suite bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet, private on suite bathroom with granite vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and two bedroom windows overlooking the private portico.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, flat-screen TV, closet, and private on suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combo.

You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home including coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, blender, dishes, pans, silverware, drinkware and so much more. The unit has an in-unit laundry with iron and ironing board.

Beautiful Ocean Front Stay

Our family of six had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, very well appointed, and we loved the view. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed over Thanksgiving break and had family come from Boston and Atlanta. This condo was perfect! Beautiful views, cozy and beautiful furnishings, perfect location! Sandra was wonderful to work with,from booking to checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Fort Walton Beach

This is a great place to stay and very family friendly. The beach service is the best in Fort Walton. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Comfortable Condo

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We really enjoyed the warmer weather, the awesome view and wonderful beach to walk on. The condo was very comfortable, well maintained and well decorated compared to others we have stayed at. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and the fitness room. We had a minor maintenance issue but Sandra took care of it immediately. We look forward to coming back again.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was perfect for our stay. Located on the end so very private and quiet. Each room has its own private bathroom, kitchen fully stocked, and the house was comfortable for my family of 4 and grandparents. Host was very welcoming and provided great instructions in advance.

Relaxing Retreat

We have stayed in this condo resort 3 years in a row. This was our favorite condo thus far. It had three bedrooms, each with their own bath, a large balcony with primary bedroom access to it, and we were in a private little corner - all to ourselves. Our kids are 18, 18, & 20 and they loved our room too! No elevator noises or kids running back and forth. The ocean view and the sounds of rolling waves was amazing! Also, there is a large kitchen with plenty of room to make a big dinner :-)

Fantastic View

We couldn't have asked for a better view of the Gulf or a more comfortable condo. Everything was up to date and beautifully decorated. We had no issues with any of the appliances unlike our friends that were renting in another building. Dining was close by and shopping was too. If you have ever wanted to wake up to the sunrise and see the sun set this is the condo for you. We were within feet of walking on the sparkling white sand. My family and I would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo

We had a great vacation and this condo was very nice. This condo fit 6 adults very comfortably. The views of the beach from the balcony were amazing. The only downside to our stay was the refrigerator was out during our stay, but the Owners bought a small fridge and a nice size ice chest for our food and drinks. They also started us off with a couple of bags of ice. We had to make due with less groceries in the condo, but we made sure to try out the local restaurants for dinners and they didn’t disappoint! Overall it was a great stay. The owners were always available and easy to communicate with at all times.

Everything you need and more!

Sandra is so incredibly sweet, thoughtful and responsive! You can feel her warmth and thoroughness throughout her home! Her place is immaculate, as pictured or better and perfectly located - both location wise AND close enough to the elevator to be convenient but far enough to feel very private and no extra noise! Plenty of space, outstanding view and everything you need to relax and feel right at home! Refrigerator has water dispenser and ice - so no need to bring bottles of water to fill your beach cups ;) Book without hesitation, you’ll be so happy you did! Not only did the adults love it but both our boys said they “loved it” as well! Beach service guy was very nice and helpful as well! Will definitely stay again when in Ft. Walton!

As Far as your EYES can see.

My husband and I had never been on the Panhandle in Florida before. We had booked the Condo in April of 2023 and were excited to leave North Carolina and we arrived in the middle of January. The owner told us that the new renovations were done and we could enjoy the 3 bedrooms all to ourselves. The first day we arrived we walked into the condo and all we saw was beautiful blue water and white sand. The place was so beautiful with an amazing gourmet kitchen and a balcony that wrapped around the corner, so we saw the Gulf out the back and the inter-coastal behind us. Our days were walking the beach, exploring Destin and loving the gorgeous views. We sat on the beach and watched the sunset in the evening. Our hostess Sandra was extremely pleasant and had information ready in the condo when we arrived. We are booking for January 2025!!!

Nice unit with a view.

We come to Destin every year in June and stay in a beach front condo. This was our first condo in Fort Walton. The condo was very clean and provided a front gate area where kids can leave shoes and sandy beach toys. This helped keep sand out of the unit. The view was beautiful and price was fair and similar to past stays. I loved the high tables on the balcony it was a nice set up. The pool is a good size and the beach service team does an excellent job. Chairs are left up until 6pm which is much later than we’ve experienced in past years. That was awesome. You can pay an additional $17 a day to reserve your spot. We did this and had front middle all week. The pool is open until 11pm. You will be within 25 minutes of anywhere you want to go. We did an escape room with the kids, shopped, zip lines, charter fishing and the Air Force museum. We also spent a day on Crab Island (this is a vacation must do!) We did experience one hiccup while at Princess Island. We had a 1/2 day where the power went out on our side of the building. This included the elevator on our side. There was another elevator that was within a short walk. When the power came on the water went out. We were told a pipe busted and water (including toilets) were off for the last half of day. It was back on by morning. Not having a toilet with 4 teen boys was rough. The owners were understanding and provided a $200 credit.
