Welcome to this comfortable condo with incredible views and the best beaches. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room area with a full kitchen and a living room sofa bed. Fully gutted and renovated bathroom December 2025\. Guests enjoy amenities like WiFi, smart televisions, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, prepaid beach service March first to October 31, and AC during their stay. Imagine waking up to the direct view of the Gulf and starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the lovely beachfront on Okaloosa Island or travel 7 miles to Destin where there are many types of entertainment.   
The beach is fantasic, the housekeeper takes pride in cleanliness, the area is wonderful, the home has been outfitted with items to make your stay comfortable, and I will work to exceed your expectations. Count on me to be responsive to you. Thank you.

#### RecommendAmazing Stay – Highly Recommend! 

We had an incredible time at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the view was absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful, and I especially loved the balcony. Overall, I loved almost everything about the property.A couple of small downsides: there was no elevator, which normally wouldn’t be a huge deal, but since I had a sprained ankle and a heavy suitcase, it made things a little tough. The toilet paper was honestly the worst—felt like wiping with copy paper—and the toilets could have been a bit cleaner.On the positive side, the floors were surprisingly very clean (which isn’t always the case at beach properties where sand gets everywhere), and there were so many other great things about the place that the minor negatives really didn’t overshadow my stay.I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!
