All of our listings are cleaned the guests care in mind and to Covid-19 protocols. Our laundry is cleaned at a local laundry facility so fresh bedding is used after every checkout. This is a newly renovated 2 Bed Room 1 Bathroom condo a short walk to the beach. Walk to beaches all shops nice restaurants and places of interest on Okaloosa island. Short drive to downtown to bases and grocery stores. We always welcome long term stays with special rates please message us! Please note that the current color of the walls in this condo is an off-white color. It is not green or blue. Those old photos are just there until we have a new photographer. Take pictures. If you are a guest that has the wrong intentions or someone who attempts to get over on hosts we want to assure you that we insulate ourselves from these types of guests and you’ll be very hard pressed to get a support ambassador to side with you. Time stamped photos are taken after every clean and uploaded into our software. We only use fresh and clean laundry. We use quality cleaning products and on any home I manage where there’s textured tile we use a spin mop to ensure anything and everything is clean and swiffers are used on polished floors. If you have any issues we suggest contacting our number so we can assist. If upon arrival you have any sort of issue please call our phone . Issues can arise and its important that you give us the opportunity to fix any issues prior to contacting support. Our home is self check in please look at self check in and follow instructions. Nobody will be there to help you at check in. If you’re new to the platform I highly suggest going to self check in and screen shotting the process. We do not offer 24/7 live support and request you prepare prior to arrival. Check in is 4 pm $50 early check in fee if you want to come prior to 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. Late check out fee is $50 DO NOT put anything in our toilets other than toilet paper. If a plumber is dispatched and finds anything that clogs the system you'll be paying the bill. Any guests more than 2 per room is 50 per night extra per person The owner of the home has severe pet allergies and poses a significant health risk to them. Any Pets require a 200 cleaning fee which is non refundable and must be paid prior to booking. We don’t allow dogs larger than 20 lbs unless the guest wants to pay a non refundable pet cleaning fee of $250\. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests can’t leave dog at the residence with out being kenneled. Pets are a health risk in shared spaces so this is non negotiable. If your pet damages anything more than the deposit you’ll pay for any damages. Guests who have pets must leave a credit card on file upon booking for any charges. As far as hvac goes guests are allowed to utilize the hvac system within reason and must communicate with me by text to make adjustments. We provide two rolls of toilet paper and two towels per room and one roll of paper towels anything after that is the guests responsibility. Kitchen rules YOU MUST wash all dishes in the kitchen and put It away prior to checkout or pay a mandatory $50 cleaning fee. If you leave any excessive trash in your room they’ll be a $50 extra cleaning fee. Please respect our space and clean up all items before check out. If you smoke anything in our home you will pay a $300 fine. Disclaimer ! (There are times where the guest staying at the space previous to you checking in, has created some sort of damage and we are forced to patch walls and paint on the Fly, and there might be some cosmetic inconsistencies if those sort of circumstances arrive they are not violations of cleaning protocols And will not qualify for a refund and rebook. It is important. You understand by reading this disclaimer that if there is some sort of cosmetic issues with your listing that you understand there are some bad people out there and we have to have this ready for you by 4 PM and we do the best we can to make sure that that is done.) BAD REVIEW SITUATIONS I am a very reasonable person, and always want to create the best experience for my guests. As you know, things can’t happen sometimes and we always want to make those things, right. So make sure you understand we are inviting you into one of our spaces and if something is not what you want it to be we can definitely fix that for you. The property we were given did not match what was originally booked, and we were relocated to a different accommodation that raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness and overall condition. The surrounding area also made my family and me feel unsafe, and we were not comfortable staying there. Communication with the host was very poor. When I raised concerns and requested to cancel, the situation escalated instead of being handled professionally. The responses I received were unhelpful and hostile, which added unnecessary stress to an already negative experience. Never got back to me on that when I texted them 2 weeks out they ended up responding 4 hours before check in and canceled on us when we already made the 4 hour plus drive down there. Numerous stains on couch, not ok for children to sit on for a week. Overall very disappointing. We left. Host disagreeable, not professional. Will never use any property listed under this host. I find it very hard to believe that the positive reviews I saw online before booking were from real people. I was there about 2 hours before I decided I just couldn’t stay there. It was very run down and in disrepair. The couch was hard as a rock. Some light switches were falling out of the wall. Bathroom faucets weren’t attached to the counter. Toilet seat was old and stained. Bathtub area had been poorly caulked multiple times and there were still holes. After I went to move a nightstand to access an outlet and stuck my hand in something gooey, I decided that was the last straw. I went to wash my hands and realized there no wash cloths, hand towels, soap, etc. I tried to open some drawers and most were stuck or had no hardware to use to open them. I suppose that college kids looking for a place to crash after partying might find the place acceptable but I certainly didn’t. I sent a text to the owner with my complaints and got back what I expected-a note that there were no refunds given. I’m a frugal person and hate to waste money but it was worth walking away from this place and going somewhere that was clean and comfortable and not run down. I did take a few pictures and am happy to share upon request. ##### Ann Stayed 7 nights in Feb 2025 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Tom H. 12 Jul 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Manger, called while we where traveling to condo. Started that there was an issue with condo and we would not be able to stay there. But he had a other place for us, but it would be a 15 minute drive to the beach, instead of us walking. When we made other arrangements, he refused to refund our payment. After calling VRBO to dispute the charge I learned that he said the condo was ready at 4 for our use. The manager was the one that called and started we would not be able to stay at condo. We are fighting to get are refund.Will not use anything he is associated with. ##### Tom H.
