Okaloosa Island offers multiple beach access with free parking, grilling and bathrooms on site. Ready for fine dining and nightlife? Fort Walton Beach and Destin are both close by with many amazing dining and entertainment options. Alexa is in unit as well and can help with any questions. NO PETS & NO SMOKING INSIDE NOTE: Tenant must be able to walk up and down stairs. There is no elevator. When we pulled into the parking lot we noticed immediately that the outside wasn’t well maintained. We knew when booking it was a 3rd floor property. The steps up were a bit uneven and few were wobbly. The inside had sticky spots across the floor, (we are a shoes off at the door family so it was very noticeable). We found several wrappers under beds, some dried up food under a chair. There was the tiniest dish soap provided and somehow prior to our stay one had been dropped down the disposal so I spent some time pulling that and the lid that had broken into numerous pieces out of the disposal. The back door didn’t lock but the only way to the balcony would be a ladder. The bathroom and bedding were clean. The space was cozy, my family of 4 had room to spread out. It was nice having a washer/dryer and a beach cart. The location was great! Lots of personality in this condo!! Clean, quiet and well stocked. My family had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding. Really comfy couch, beds, and pillows! I usually hate pillows at hotels. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The location was close enough to be able to walk to the beach and ice cream.
