Great property and location

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Vacation

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

Great location! Great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 people and it was very comfortable. The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was clean. There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

A GREAT STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony when we arrived and it was repaired promptly. There was a lot of construction going on and we had routine pest control come during our stay as well, but EVERYONE from the construction workers to maintenance to pest control were extremely kind and courteous. The condo was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering booking for next year as well. 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have visited the Island Princess in the last two years. It is centrally located and close to most things we like. The pool is great, the beach is great and the condo is very nice. The staff is great and totally on top of handling anything that might come up. The digital check in, etc. is really nice. Add to all that, covered parking out of the sun. We will be back next year.

**Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing location on Okaloosa Island. Steps from the beach were our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day! Nice heated pool as well since the water in the gulf was a little chilly. The condo worked great for our family of 5, giving everyone a bed and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The entryway of the condo could use a fresh coat of paint as you can tell it’s been banged up some from people coming and going but it didn’t detract from the experience. The handle of the sliding door to the patio broke - we contacted Legacy Vacations who had someone there to fix it within an hour! Would 100% stay here again.
