Haus22 is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom home with a bonus room that includes a pull-out couch, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The home comfortably sleeps 6, with the option for up to 8 guests (please note: additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 6). While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you! The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay.
